Hylux Network Rules
Welcome to the Hylux Network! These rules are here to keep things fair, fun, and safe for everyone. By playing on our Minecraft server, chatting on Discord, or signing up on our site, you agree to follow these rules.
If you’re ever unsure about something — ask! We’re here to help.
1. No Hacking or Cheating
Use of unfair clients, hacks, macros, or autoclickers is not allowed.
Only mods from our approved list (like Optifine, VoxelMap, etc.) are allowed.
Penalties:
- Autofishing/Automining: 5d → 10d → Permanent
- Autoclicking (non-PvP): Warning → 30d → 90d
- Combat Hacks: 30d → Permanent (PvP = instant perm ban)
- Other cheats: Staff discretion
2. No Bug or Glitch Abuse
Don’t use bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics (like duping or block glitching) to gain an advantage.
Penalties:
- Duping: Permanent ban
- Safespotting: Warning → 1d → 3d
- Other exploits: Case-by-case
3. No Advertising Other Servers
Posting IPs, URLs, or invites to other servers is not allowed.
You may share personal Twitch/YT links only if they’re Hylux-related.
Penalty:
- Instant permanent ban
4. Be Kind: No Harassment, Hate Speech, or Spam
Keep chat friendly. Racism, sexism, excessive swearing, personal attacks, or spam are not tolerated.
Penalties:
- Mild offense: Warning → 1h → 3h mute
- Severe: 6h → 3d → 7d → Permanent mute/ban
5. Keep Names and Builds Appropriate
No offensive usernames, skins, item names, lore, or builds.
Penalties:
- Username/Skin: Perm ban (appeal after change)
- Item Lore: Warning → 1d ban
- Builds: Warning → 6h → 3d → 7d ban
6. No DDOSing, Threats, or Doxing
We take these threats seriously — even as a joke.
Penalties:
- DDOS or Doxing: Permanent ban
- DDOS Threats: 30m mute → up to 1w ban (based on severity)
7. No Ban Evasion
Evading a punishment by using an alternate account/IP will extend your punishment.
Penalty:
- All linked accounts re-banned with increased punishment
8. No Account Sharing
Multiple people using the same account to gain an advantage is not allowed.
Penalties:
- Warning → 7 day ban
Note on Scamming & Trust
Trading or sharing items/accounts is at your own risk.
The Hylux team won’t refund lost items, but repeated scamming may fall under harassment if it becomes excessive.
Disputes & Appeals
Think you were punished unfairly?
You can appeal via our forums — just be respectful and follow the format.
Frivolous or disrespectful appeals won’t be considered.
